neo-himeism is like my web graphics bible. it was one of the first material sites i encountered and for good reason!! it has just about anything you'd ever need in terms of web graphics, and even templates to get you started! they have a variety of styles, but i especially recommend their gothic style materials.
the site dates back to 2004, so beware using older templates and parts (particularly the tables!) because you'll need to do a little bit of tampering to get them to work. very much worth it though! i love this site.

across+ is an gorgeous site for gothic materials! i especially like their lace borders and dividers, you can see me use them around my site a lot... the site hasnt updated since 2009, but is still up and running and can be visited without wayback!

asterism

asterism's fonts are just so lovely!!! RomanceA is what i use for the vast majority of my site, i'm in love with it... i also use their emoji font sporadically. all of their materials are just so lovely, i highly recommend!

fatgrrlz is a really cool site with really gorgeous css packs and pixel graphics! what i love about these are that they're so well designed and easy to implement. i recommend these a lot for beginners (or anyone who doesnt want a headache lol) because they're created with more recent css in mind so you don't have to mess around trying to find fixes for old css that isnt compatible... (<-- has spent many hours trying to fix funky tables to achieve cute borders) i love how colourful all of their graphics are and their site feels like an elevated version of what is so charming about old personal sites! i highly recommend!
